In the playground I was the child rounding up the others, explaining the rules to a new game that I had invented while making sure everyone understood their roles. I started out as being a super-organised, engagement enthusiast with a drive to include others, and I have not stopped since.
For over a decade I’ve been a professional plot twister, pivoter and problem solver. The ‘traditional’ road to work didn’t work for me and I’m on a mission to help create an inclusive world where everyone belongs.
Combining my expertise of equalities and engagement, my value lies in building inclusive, meaningful and impactful workplaces, communities and learning experiences.

Jargon and acronyms need clarified.
I put the room at ease, while also efficiently taking action points.
