Connector | Communicator | Catalyst | Consultant.

I’m Lynn Pilkington - a consultant, trainer and facilitator specialising in mental health, neurodiversity and workplace culture.

I help organisations move from dangerous silence with people saying, ‘we’re fine’, to psychologically safe cultures with high-performing teams. By working with me, managers have better conversations sooner so people are supported early, risks are reduced and situations don’t escalate.

My work combines deep knowledge of equality law and reasonable adjustments with lived experience, practical tools and a calm, human approach that delivers impact.
