Work With me.

Supporting better conversations about mental health and neurodiversity at work and in education

There are three ways to work with me:

Entry-Level Awareness Workshops

Build confidence, reduce fear and give managers the tools to talk about mental health or neurodiversity at work.

This is for you if: You’re looking for an accessible, low-commitment introduction that builds awareness and confidence quickly

Signature Manager Training - Full Day Deep Dive Workshops

These practical and engaging introductory sessions support managers to have safer, more confident conversations by increasing knowledge about conditions, clarifying boundaries and signposting to further resources.

This is for you if: You want to move beyond awareness and equip managers to take action to meet their legal duties and implement support in practice.

Bespoke Consultancy and Support

I often support people with bespoke support and consultancy around the topics of mental health and neurodiversity, such as delivering workshops, Lunch & Learns, and supporting events.

This is for you if: you want tailored support, topics not covered below or specific services.

Why me?

I bring:

  • 10 years’ experience delivering mental health training across sectors.

  • Deep knowledge of legal, policy and safeguarding boundaries.

  • Accredited expertise in psychological safety.

  • Lived experience of mental health recovery and late-diagnosed neurodivergence.

  • A calm, direct style that makes difficult conversations safer and clearer.

I understand - professionally and personally - what happens when high-performing people struggle silently and support comes too late. I believe most people want to do the right thing – they just need to understand how to do that.
