This is for you if: You want to move beyond awareness and equip managers to take action to meet their legal duties and implement support in practice.

Bespoke Consultancy and Support

Managers will leave this session able to:

● Navigate conversations about mental health or neurodiversity with greater confidence.

● Recognise how different conditions and challenges may present at work.

● Understand what is and isn’t their responsibility and when to escalate.

● Feel less worried about “getting it wrong”.

● Use practical tools, language, and resources beyond the session.

Signature Manager Training – Full Day Deep Dive Workshops

Choose a topic: ● Mental Health at Work, or ● Neurodiversity at Work

These immersive, full-day workshops give managers the essential knowledge and tools needed to support neurodivergent staff or those experiencing mental health challenges by covering supportive conversations, legal responsibilities and inclusive workplace strategies for managing diverse teams.

Managers will leave this training able to:

● Confidently explore employee needs using a person-centred approach.

● Implement reasonable adjustments lawfully and fairly.

● Manage performance, absence, return to work and workplace risk safely.

● Support others without compromising their own wellbeing.

● Apply inclusive workplace strategies and practical tools for managing diverse teams.

Best for: Organisations serious about compliance, reducing absence and turnover and minimising legal risk.

Thoughtful, tailored support for organisations that meets you where you are at.

I often support people with bespoke support and consultancy around the topics of mental health and neurodiversity, such as delivering workshops, Lunch & Learns, and supporting events. I’d love to discuss your specific needs and create something special together. I also deliver specific interventions and accreditations, including Scotland’s Mental Health First Aid (SMHFA), First Aid for Mental Health, Refresher Sessions, setting up a mental health first aid network & Psychological Safety Indexing. Scotland’s Mental Health First Aid (SMHFA) & Follow-on/Refresher

  • Scotland’s Mental Health First Aid

    Are you prepared for a mental health emergency?

    We know that it’s okay not to be okay and many people do want to ask for help when they are struggling...

    However, to have a positive experience and access appropriate support requires peers and colleagues to be equipped with the right skills and language.

    By engaging in a mental health first aid course you will learn:

    • How to recognise the signs of mental health problems.

    • How to provide initial help.

    • How to guide a person to appropriate help.

    • How to ask about suicide.

    Topics covered:

    The course includes:
    • Guidance on being a Mental Health First Aider.
    • Attitudes to mental health issues.
    • Equalities.
    • The recovery message.
    • The impact of alcohol and drugs on mental health.
    • Introduction to suicide intervention.
    • Listening skills.
    • Understanding depression.
    • How to offer first aid to someone experiencing depression.
    • Understanding anxiety.
    • How to offer first aid to someone experiencing anxiety.
    • Understanding psychosis.
    • How to offer first aid to someone experiencing a psychotic episode.

    This course is for 8-16 people, in-person, over 12 hours. It' is accredited by Public Health Scotland and everyone taking part will receive a manual.

    MHFA Follow-On/Refresher

    The MHFA Refresher course gives trained Mental Health First Aiders the chance to update their knowledge, revisit key tools, and practice applying them in real-life scenarios. You’ll leave feeling more prepared to spot the signs of poor mental health, support colleagues effectively, and look after your own wellbeing too.


    This can be delivered as a half-day, or full-day course, in person or online. The learning is Interactive and discussion-based.

  • Scotland’s Mental Health First Aid

    £1575 for prep and delivery to 8-16 people.

    Refresher/Follow-on

    £400-750 depending on prep, delivery and length of course.

Psychological Safety Indexing

  • A quick, anonymous pulse check using a validated PSI survey(takes 5 mins) that measures psychological safety across four critical dimensions:

    • Inclusion & diversity

    • Willingness to help

    • Attitude to risk & failure

    • Open conversation

    This generates both individual and team-level scores which is benchmarked against global standards. Teams are provided with rich and actionable insights.

    A 1-2-1 with a Team leader to understand context

    A session with the team to create the container for the process and to explain psychological safety and the scan

    The running of the PSI scan and analysis

    Debrief team session (4 hours)
