Let's cut through the equality, diversity and inclusion noise and work out what achievable inclusion looks like for you.

Imperfect Inclusion Community

Register your interest to join our Imperfect Inclusive Community.

How it works.

What is the purpose of the community?

Our community embraces imperfect inclusive mindsets. By coming together in a safe space, we work out how to make online engagement a bit better for more people more of the time. We are particularly passionate about capitalising on the disruption of COVID to build more inclusive work cultures and learning environments for all.

Who facilitates the community?

Lynn Pilkington (me) – Chief Connector, Communicator, Solutioniser, Motivator, Edutainer and Radiator.

You could call me an equalities expert. You could look at my decade of experience in community engagement. You could reference my podcast list to see how fascinated I am by work culture and learning and development.

You’d be more interested to know that I, just like you, gets that inclusiveness and remote connectedness is tricky.

I’m a recovering perfectionist, determined to empower people with achievable change that will make experiences better for all.

Who should join?

Our community is made up of people interested in impactful and inclusive online engagement.

Our main focus is on work cultures and learning environments, therefore the community is targeted at those who engage with people, via meetings/training/events, in a ‘professional’ setting.

What does the community get up to?

In the near future, members will be offered the chance to connect in a virtual safe spade to bring their burning questions about inclusive engagement.

Going through the ‘Lynn Pilkington Online Experience’, will give members the chance adopt inclusive practice while also being offered some top tips and a chance to ask questions.

What’s the cost?

Our community is currently free to join.

Bring your questions and tap into the Lynn-diversity-data-base.
